Roger previously worked at Westwind Technologies, an aviation manufacturing and aircraft integration company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer for twelve years. Roger has a strong background in leading high performance teams such as the one we have at INAir Aviation Services. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in aerospace and aviation companies involving engineering, manufacturing, and service operations.
